The Proviso West Holiday Tournament Media Night will be held at the Proviso West Sports Arena on Monday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m. The event is open to coaches of the participating schools and accredited members of the media, and will return to its rightful place -- on the actual playing floor of where the games will be played during the tournament.
The evening, which is sponsored by Home Run Inn Pizza, features the announcement of game pairings, distribution and review of tournament materials and a brand new coaches-media interview session. In addition to tournament business, the evening will feature food and fun – so that no one will go away hungry or unhappy, as we will get to reacquaint ourselves with members of the coaching fraternity and our press and media friends.
The annual media event is a prelude to the tournament which will begin on December 27 and run four straight days through December 30. Additional information on the tournament can be found on the official website at: www.pwhoops.com
