Holiday Tournament General Information
DATES: Tuesday, December 27, 2011 (preliminary round); Wednesday, December 28,
2011 (quarterfinals); Thursday, December 29, 2011 (semi-finals); Friday,
December 30, 2011 (final round).

Brooks, Fenwick,
Glenbrook North, Hillcrest, Hinsdale Central, Homewood-Flossmoor,
Morgan Park, Morton, New Trier, Proviso East, Proviso West, Rockford Auburn, Saint
Joseph, Saint Patrick and Von Steuben.
TICKETS: Purchase of both season ticket books and individual session tickets can be made in advance. A season ticket book can be purchased at a price of $60 which is good for all 28 games of the tournament, which includes all fees and service charges. The season ticket book contains individual session tickets and allows a reserved downstairs seating location for all games. Season ticket booklets can be purchased prior to the tournament both on-line and in person at the district business office at the Proviso West Mathematics and Science Academy, 8601 West Roosevelt Road in Forest Park, starting on Monday, November 14, 2011 through Monday, December 19, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cash, VISA and Master Card accepted at all times. Advanced individual single session tickets are not available on-line and can only be purchased in-person.
No tickets are available for advanced purchase at Proviso West High School.
Individual tickets are priced at $12 (downstairs
seating) and $10 (upstairs access) per session during the first round and for
all championship rounds. All non-championship session tickets are priced at $10
for four games in those sessions.
Single session advanced ticket sales will be charged an additional $3.00
convenience fee for each ticket purchased in advance, and if purchased by a
credit card will also be assed an
additional $5.00 charge per order.

Season ticket books can also be purchased on-line from Tuesday, November 14 through
Monday, December 19 on this website. Season ticket books purchased on-line
will be available for pickup at the Circle Drive entrance Will Call during the
tournament. Individual advanced session tickets are not available
on-line and can only be purchased in-person.
DIRECTIONS: (Click here
for a printable map) Proviso West is ideally located between three major interstates, all within minutes
of the school. The school is on Wolf Road in Hillside between Roosevelt
Road and Harrison Street. From the East: Take I-290 West,
Exit at the Wolf Road Ramp. Turn left at Wolf Road and pass over the
railroad tracks to the school. From the North and West:
Take either I-294 South or I-88 East to I-290 East. Exit at the
Mannheim Road South Exit. Turn right at westbound Harrison Street and
proceed over the railroad tracks to the school. From the South: Take I-294 North. Exit at Roosevelt Road East. Take
Roosevelt Road to Wolf Road and turn left.

5.

PARKING: Adequate parking is available in two
large lots on campus. Traffic in Circle Drive off of Wolf Road is one way only.
Please comply with all signs to avoid police action in ticketing or removing of
vehicles.
ENTRANCE: All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted to the facility. All spectators must enter through the Circle Drive Entrance. Patrons wanting to purchase a ticket may do so at the Circle Drive Ticket Booth. All persons are subject to search upon entering the facility. Resale of tickets on school property is illegal by Illinois state statues.
