Proviso West Holiday Tournament Ticket Information

The 2011 Proviso West Holiday Tournament has many tickets options to satisfy for your individual need.  Seating at the Proviso West Holiday Tournament is reserved on the Main Floor and unreserved in balcony areas. 

Main Floor level tickets can be secure in advanced by either purchasing a season ticket booklet or by buying an individual session advanced ticket.  Purchase of both season ticket books and individual session tickets can now be made in advance. 

A season ticket book can be purchased at a price of $60 which is good for all 28 games of the tournament, which includes all fees and service charges.  The season ticket book contains individual session tickets and allows a reserved downstairs seating location for all games.  Season ticket booklets can be purchased prior to the tournament both on-line and in person at the district business office at the Proviso West Mathematics and Science Academy, 8601 West Roosevelt Road in Forest Park, starting on Monday, November 14, 2011 through Monday, December 19, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Cash, VISA and Master Card accepted at all times.  Advanced individual single session tickets are not available on-line and can only be purchased in-person.

No tickets are available for advanced purchase at Proviso West High School.

Individual tickets are priced at $12 (downstairs seating) and $10 (upstairs access) per session during the first round and for all championship rounds.  All non-championship session tickets are priced at $10 for four games in those sessions. 

Single session advanced ticket sales will be charged an additional $3.00 convenience fee for each ticket purchased in advance, and if purchased by a credit card will also be assed an additional $5.00 charge per order.

Season ticket books can also be purchased on-line from Monday, November 14 through Monday, December 19 on this website.  Season ticket books purchased on-line will be available for pickup at the Circle Drive entrance Will Call during the tournament.   Individual advanced session tickets are not available on-line and can only be purchased in-person.

If ticket allotments remain, season ticket booklets and advanced individual session tickets will be available at the Proviso West Circle Drive box office on the days of the tournament.

TICKET BUY-BACK PROGRAM:  Main Floor Tickets for future championship round sessions may be re-sold by the customer to the Holiday Tournament for five dollars.  Customers must re-sell their ticket during a session prior to the session that the ticket is valid for.  All transactions must take place at the Ticket Booth in Circle Drive during the tournament.  Resale of tickets in any other setting is prohibited by local ordinance.
